Welcome to JollyPads! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the JollyPads website and services. By visiting our site or purchasing any digital product from us, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services. JollyPads may also have a separate Privacy Policy governing how we collect and use your data; using our site indicates you accept that policy as well. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you (the user) and JollyPads, so please read them carefully. If you have any questions about these Terms, feel free to contact us for clarification.
Company Identity
JollyPads is a digital storefront owned and operated by Naman Dhimole, a sole proprietor doing business under the registered name Aislinn-Kibo. Our business is based in Maharashtra, India. In these Terms, the words “JollyPads”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to Naman Dhimole/Aislinn-Kibo and its website and services; the terms “you” or “user” refer to any individual accessing or using our site. Eligibility and User Requirements
Legal Age: By using JollyPads and making a purchase, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or otherwise legally capable of forming a binding contract. Our services are intended for adults; if you are under 18, you may use the site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, who must agree to these Terms on your behalf. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age or consent if we suspect you are underage.
Platform Age Requirements: You are also responsible for meeting any minimum age requirements of third-party platforms related to our products. For example, certain gaming platforms (like Steam or PlayStation Network) require users to be at least 13 years old (with parental consent if under 18) or older to create accounts. By purchasing a game key or gift card, you confirm that you meet the platform’s age requirement and have any necessary parental consent.
Game Ratings: Many games sold through JollyPads come with age or content ratings (such as ESRB, PEGI, or other regional rating systems that indicate suitable age groups for the content). You agree that you will only purchase or use products appropriate for your age. For example, if you purchase a game rated “Mature 17+” or “18+”, you affirm that you (or the end user of the code) are of at least that age, or have parental guidance if required. JollyPads is not responsible if a user bypasses age restrictions or if a minor uses the site or products without proper oversight.
Products and Services
Digital-Only Goods: JollyPads specializes in digital products, specifically game activation keys (for PC, console, or other platforms) and digital gift cards for gaming and online services. We do not sell any physical goods. Each product listing on our site describes the nature of the digital item you are buying – for example, a Steam game key, a PlayStation Store gift card code, etc.
Game Keys: When you purchase a digital game key, you are buying a license code that allows you to activate and download a game on the relevant platform (such as Steam, Origin, PlayStation Network, Xbox, etc., depending on the key). You may need to have an account on the respective platform to use the key. Game keys are typically valid for one-time use and for a specific title, edition, and sometimes region. Please ensure the key is compatible with your account’s region or platform before purchase (we will indicate any known region restrictions on the product page). Once redeemed on the platform, the game will be bound to your account per that platform’s terms of service.
Gift Cards: When you purchase a digital gift card (for example, a Steam Wallet code or PlayStation Network gift card), you will receive a code that can be redeemed for credit or specific subscription time on the respective service. The gift card will be denominated in a certain value (e.g., ₹500 Steam Wallet credit). Gift card codes are typically region-specific (for instance, Steam Wallet codes purchased from us are intended for Indian Rupee (INR) balances, usable on Indian Steam accounts). Ensure you redeem the gift card on the correct platform and region. Gift cards may have their own terms and usage policies defined by the issuing platform (Steam, Sony, etc.), and by using them you agree to those terms.
No Physical Delivery: All products are delivered digitally via email and/or via your account dashboard on our website (if applicable). You will not receive any physical items. The responsibility is on you to have the necessary hardware, software, and internet access to use the digital products (e.g., a compatible gaming PC or console and internet connectivity to redeem and download games).
Accuracy of Product Information: We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and information for each product. However, the actual functionality and content of the game or value of the gift card are determined by the third-party platform or publisher. JollyPads is a reseller of these digital products and not the creator. If you have any questions about a product (such as system requirements for a game, or how a gift card can be used), please review the information on our site or contact us before purchasing.
Payment Methods
We offer multiple secure payment methods to make your shopping experience convenient and safe. Accepted payment methods include:

Unified Payments Interface (UPI): You can pay directly through UPI using any UPI-enabled app or ID.

Credit and Debit Cards: We accept major credit cards and debit cards (such as Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.) for payment.

Net Banking: You may also pay via internet banking through supported banks in India.

Other Methods: From time to time, we may support additional payment methods (such as digital wallets or payment gateways) – any such options will be displayed at checkout.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). You must provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. By submitting payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and that you authorize us (or our designated payment processor) to charge the full order amount to that payment method. Payment must be successfully received by us before we deliver any digital product.
Third-Party Payment Services: We use reputable third-party payment gateways and processors to handle transactions (for example, banks or payment gateway providers). These services may have their own terms and privacy policies, which might be presented to you during checkout. JollyPads does not store your full credit card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers. Payment information is handled securely and encrypted by the payment provider. However, we cannot be responsible for failures or security breaches on the part of the payment processors – though we only partner with trusted, PCI-DSS compliant services.
Payment Issues: In case a payment is declined or fails, your purchase will not be completed and you will not receive the product. If you believe your payment was processed but you did not receive an order confirmation, please contact us with the transaction details so we can assist. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not received in full or if we suspect a payment is fraudulent or unauthorized.
Pricing and Taxes
All prices for products on JollyPads are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate and up-to-date. However, JollyPads reserves the right to correct any pricing errors and to change prices at any time before accepting an order.
GST on Digital Products: Prices for digital game keys (digital goods) on our site are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the standard rate of 18%, as required by Indian tax laws. Unless stated otherwise, the prices displayed for game keys include this 18% GST. During checkout, you will see any applicable taxes on your order summary. JollyPads, under the business name Aislinn-Kibo, is responsible for remitting GST on sales of digital goods as required by law.
Gift Cards (Tax Treatment): Digital gift cards (vouchers) are currently not subject to GST at the time of sale. The face value of a gift card is treated as an actionable claim or prepaid instrument rather than a good/service, so we do not charge additional tax on gift card purchases. For example, if you buy a ₹1000 Steam Wallet code, you pay ₹1000 (no extra tax). Please note that when you redeem a gift card on the respective platform, the purchase you make with it may be subject to taxes per that platform’s policies, but that is separate from our sale of the gift card.
Pricing Accuracy and Changes: We strive to maintain transparent pricing. In the rare event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information from our suppliers, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that product at the incorrect price. If your credit/debit card or other payment has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled due to a pricing error, we will issue a refund for the incorrect price paid. Prices and tax rates may change over time (for example, if GST rates are revised by the government); any such changes will apply to new purchases after the change is implemented on our site. Historical purchases will not be affected by subsequent price changes.
Delivery Terms
Digital Delivery via Email: All purchases from JollyPads are delivered electronically. After your payment is confirmed, our system will send the digital product (game key or gift card code) to the email address you provided during checkout. Delivery is typically very fast – in most cases, you should receive your key or code within approximately 30 minutes of completing your order. Often, delivery may even be instantaneous or within a few minutes. Please ensure you provide a valid and accessible email address.
Order Confirmation: Upon successful order, you should receive an order confirmation email and/or see a confirmation page. The email containing your game key or gift card code will usually be separate but should arrive shortly after. If you have a user account on our site, the code may also be accessible in your order history or account dashboard when logged in.
Delayed or Missing Emails: While we strive for prompt delivery, occasional delays can occur due to technical issues, high order volumes, or other unforeseen factors. If you do not receive your digital product email within 30 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder to ensure it wasn’t filtered. If it’s not there, you may contact our support for assistance. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure you receive what you purchased as soon as possible.
Incorrect Email Address: It is your responsibility to provide the correct email address for delivery. If you mistype or provide an incorrect email and the product is delivered to that address, we may not be able to retrieve it. We are not responsible for loss of a product (or inability to access it) due to an incorrect email provided by the customer. In such cases, refunds are typically not available (see Refund Policy below). Always double-check that your email is entered correctly before finalizing the purchase.
No Physical Shipment: Since all products are digital, there is no shipping of physical items. You will not incur any shipping fees or logistics delays. All you need is an internet connection to receive the code and to use it on the respective platform.
Customer Responsibilities: Once a code is delivered to you (to your provided email or account), it is your responsibility to securely store and use it. Do not share your digital codes with others unless you intend to give the product as a gift (and note that once redeemed by someone, it cannot be used again by you). We recommend you redeem your game key or gift card promptly on the appropriate platform to avoid any risk of losing the code. JollyPads is not liable for any failure on your part to safely receive, access, or use the delivered code.
Refund and Return Policy
All Sales Final (with Limited Exceptions): Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are considered final once a game key or gift card code has been delivered. Digital products cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, as a valid code, once delivered, could be copied or used immediately. Therefore, we generally do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on delivered digital products unless a specific exception applies (explained below).
Refund Eligibility: An exception may be made, at our sole discretion, in cases where the digital product has not been used or redeemed and our team can verify that fact. For example, if you accidentally purchased the wrong product or changed your mind and you have not revealed or redeemed the code, you must contact us immediately (within a reasonable time, ideally within a few days of purchase). We may be able to cancel the code and refund your money after verification. Any such refund request will be subject to verification that the code is indeed unused/unredeemed. We reserve the right to decline a refund if we have reason to believe the code was already redeemed or if the request comes too long after purchase.
Verification Process: If you request a refund or report an issue, we might require you to provide certain information to assist verification – for example, a screenshot of the redemption attempt error message on the platform, or a written confirmation that you have not shared or used the code. Once we have all necessary information, please allow us 5–7 business days to investigate and process the request. If approved, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method (or as store credit, at our discretion) within a reasonable time frame after approval. We will keep you informed via email on the status of your refund request.
Non-Refundable Situations: Some situations where refunds will not be provided include, but are not limited to:

Used Codes: If our system or the game platform indicates that the game key or gift card code has already been redeemed, no refund can be given. (Once a code is used, it cannot be returned or resold by us.)

Incorrect Recipient Information: If you provided an incorrect email address and the code was delivered to that address, or if you shared your code with someone else who redeemed it, we cannot issue a refund. We consider the product delivered and out of our control once it’s sent to the email you provided.

Buyer’s Remorse or Change of Mind: If you simply decide that you no longer want the product after the code has been delivered to you (even if unused), we typically will not offer a refund. Please be sure of your purchase before completing the order.

Compatibility Issues: We provide information on platform and region requirements; if you buy a product that is not compatible with your system, account, or region, we may not refund the purchase if the code was delivered. Always check compatibility (e.g., region locks, system requirements) before buying. If you are unsure, contact us or see product info beforehand.

Improper Use: If a code does not work due to user error or violation of the platform’s terms (for instance, if you are banned from the platform, or tried to use a VPN to redeem a region-locked code against our guidelines), we are not obligated to refund.
Faulty or Invalid Codes: We guarantee that the digital codes we sell are valid and should work as described. In the unlikely event you receive a faulty or invalid code (for example, the code is not recognized or is determined to be already redeemed before you could use it), contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue. If we confirm that the code was indeed defective or previously used through no fault of yours, we will provide a replacement code or a full refund, at our discretion. Resolving such issues may also take a few days as we coordinate with our suppliers or validate the code status.
Process for Refunds/Issues: To request a refund or report an issue, please reach out to our customer support (via the email or form provided on our Contact page). Include your order number, the code or product in question, and a detailed description of the problem. We handle each request on a case-by-case basis, in line with the policies above, and will communicate with you throughout the resolution process.
Purchase Limits and Resale Restrictions
JollyPads has certain purchase limits and policies in place to ensure fair usage of our platform and to prevent fraud or abuse:

Game Key Quantity Limit: Each customer is limited to purchasing a maximum of 10 units of the same game title (game activation keys for the identical product) in total. This means you cannot buy more than 10 copies of a single game title across one or multiple orders without our prior authorization. This limit is in place to prevent unauthorized reselling or bulk purchasing of keys.

Gift Card Value Cap: There is a purchase cap for gift cards – you may buy digital gift cards up to a total aggregate value of ₹15,000 within any rolling 30-day period per customer. For example, if you purchase ₹15,000 worth of gift cards today, you will need to wait 30 days before purchasing additional gift cards, or your limit will reset as earlier purchases age out of the 30-day window. This limit helps us prevent fraudulent activities and comply with any applicable regulations regarding stored-value instruments.

One Account per Person: You are generally not allowed to create multiple accounts to circumvent these limits or any other policy. Each individual or household is expected to use a single account. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same user for the purpose of bypassing purchase limits or other malicious intent, we reserve the right to take corrective action (such as canceling orders or disabling accounts).
Monitoring and Enforcement: We actively monitor purchase activity. If an order exceeds the stated limits or otherwise appears suspicious (for instance, multiple large orders of the same item in a short time frame, or other patterns indicative of bulk resale), we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order and refund the payment, or to contact you for clarification before fulfilling the order. We may also impose additional limits at our discretion for certain products or during special sales to ensure fairness for all customers.
No Resale: Products purchased from JollyPads are intended for personal use only (or to be given as gifts to individuals, not for commercial resale). Reselling, redistributing, or brokering of game keys or gift cards obtained from JollyPads without our express written permission is strictly prohibited. This includes purchasing keys with the intent to sell them elsewhere, as well as using JollyPads as a source of inventory for a business. If we suspect that you are purchasing products for resale or are otherwise not the ultimate end user, we may refuse service, cancel orders, or take further action. Authorized partners or resellers, if any, would operate under a separate agreement – unless you have such an agreement with us, you are not permitted to resell our products.
Consequences of Violation: If you violate the purchase limits or resale restrictions, or attempt to circumvent them, this will be considered a breach of our Terms. JollyPads reserves the right to cancel orders, refuse sales, suspend or terminate your account, and/or take legal action if necessary to enforce these provisions. We also reserve the right to ban certain users from future access to the site if we have a good-faith belief that they have engaged in repeated abuse of these policies.
Account Conduct and Prohibited Use
When you use our website or services, you agree to do so lawfully and respectfully. Whether or not you create an account on JollyPads, you must adhere to the following rules of conduct. Prohibited activities on JollyPads include, but are not limited to:

Hacking and Security Breaches: You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website, servers, or systems. This includes prohibitions on hacking, cracking, injecting malicious code (viruses, worms, malware), or any action that undermines the security or integrity of our infrastructure.

Fraudulent or Illegal Use: You may not use JollyPads for any fraudulent or illegal activities. This includes using stolen payment information, impersonating any person or entity, or falsifying your identity or age. Any suspicion of fraud will result in immediate termination of service and possibly referral to law enforcement.

Abusive Behavior: Do not engage in any form of harassment, abuse, or hate speech toward our staff or other users. This includes offensive communications, threats, or any behavior that violates others’ rights or is unlawful. We aim to maintain a safe and respectful community.

Resale or Commercial Exploitation: As mentioned in Section 9, you must not use our site to obtain products for resale or commercial purposes without permission. You also may not use any automated means (such as bots or scripts) to scrape the site, make bulk purchases, or otherwise exploit the site in a manner not intended by us.

Site Disruption: You are prohibited from interfering with or disrupting the operation of the website or the servers/network that host JollyPads. This includes actions like spamming our systems, launching denial-of-service attacks, or placing unreasonable load on the infrastructure.

Content Manipulation: If our site allows user-generated content (e.g., reviews or comments), you must not post anything that is defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable or unrelated to the site’s purpose. (We reserve the right to remove any such content if posted.)

Violation of Others’ Rights: Do not use our service to violate the intellectual property or other rights of JollyPads or any third party. For instance, you must not copy or distribute our website content without authorization, and you must not infringe game publishers’ rights when using the codes (e.g., no circumvention of DRM or regional restrictions in ways not allowed by the game/platform provider).
Account Security: If you create an account on JollyPads, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with others. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to secure your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account credentials (whether or not authorized by you), so please use strong passwords and take precautions.
Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our site or services. You may not use JollyPads or the products purchased from JollyPads for any unlawful purposes (for example, using a game key to access illegal content or engaging in money laundering through gift card purchases are strictly forbidden).
Our Enforcement Rights: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to monitor any user’s compliance with these Terms. If we suspect or determine, in our judgment, that you have violated any provision of these Terms or engaged in any misconduct on the site, we may take action without notice. Such actions may include canceling orders, terminating or suspending your account or access to the site, removing or disabling any content you posted, and/or cooperating with law enforcement or affected third parties in any investigation. We will not be liable for any such action taken to protect the integrity of our platform or others’ rights.
Sole Discretion Clause: JollyPads reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, especially if they violate these Terms. We also reserve the right to remove or edit any content or cancel any orders that, in our sole judgment, violate these Terms or any applicable law, or that might harm our interests or the experience of other users. Our failure to enforce any particular provision in every instance does not waive our right to do so in the future.
Limitation of Liability and Third-Party Disclaimer
Provided “As Is”: All JollyPads services and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to ensure our digital products (keys and codes) work as advertised at the time of delivery, we make no additional warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, about the products or the website. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times, or that any defects will be corrected immediately.
Reseller Only: JollyPads acts as a reseller or distributor of digital game keys and gift cards; we are not the developer, publisher, or issuer of the games or cards (unless explicitly stated for a particular product). All games, gift cards, and related content are created and maintained by third parties (game publishers, platform operators like Valve/Steam, Sony/PlayStation, etc.). Any titles, trademarks, service marks, or logos appearing on our site (like “Steam” or “PlayStation”) are the property of their respective owners. JollyPads is not officially affiliated with or endorsed by those third-party companies, unless we explicitly note such a partnership. Use of their names on our site is solely to identify the products we are selling.
No Liability for Third-Party Actions: Once you purchase a digital code from us and redeem it on a third-party platform, any further interactions or issues are largely between you and that third party. For example:

If a game publisher revokes a game license or a platform (like Steam) later removes a game from its store or library, JollyPads is not responsible for such actions. We guarantee the code’s validity at the time of sale, but we cannot control or guarantee the game’s availability on the platform indefinitely.

If your account on a third-party platform (Steam, PlayStation Network, etc.) is suspended or banned due to your actions or the platform’s enforcement of their terms of service, JollyPads has no control over that decision and is not liable for any losses of games or funds in your platform account.

If a third-party service experiences outages, bugs, or other issues that prevent you from using the product (for instance, PlayStation Network downtime preventing code redemption), JollyPads is not liable for these external issues. We will, however, assist you in verifying that your code is valid if needed.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JollyPads (Aislinn-Kibo and Naman Dhimole) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, our website or products. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for lost profits, lost savings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the products/services exceed the amount you paid to JollyPads for the specific product in question. If you received a free service or item from us, we owe you no compensation for it.
Platform and Publisher Terms: When you redeem and use a game or gift card on a third-party platform, you are also subject to that platform’s or publisher’s own terms and conditions or end-user license agreement (EULA). For example, using a Steam key means you agree to Valve’s Steam Subscriber Agreement; adding funds via a PlayStation gift card means you agree to Sony’s terms for PSN wallet. JollyPads is not a party to those agreements, and we have no control over their content or enforcement. We encourage you to read and follow those third-party terms because your rights and remedies for issues with the game or service itself (beyond the code delivery) will often depend on them. JollyPads’ responsibility is limited to providing you with a valid code as described at purchase.
Third-Party Links and Content: Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services (for example, a game publisher’s site or a payment service site). This is for your convenience or reference only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Accessing those sites is at your own risk, and we encourage you to review their terms and policies. JollyPads does not warrant or endorse any third-party offerings. Any downloads, purchases, or interactions with third-party sites are solely between you and that third party.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JollyPads (Aislinn-Kibo, Naman Dhimole) and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claim or demand (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or regulation, or your violation of any rights of a third party. This means if your actions cause us to be sued or incur costs, you will pay for those costs to the extent allowed by law.
No Warranty for Suitability: We do not guarantee that the products (game keys, gift cards) will meet all your expectations or that they will be free from errors. For instance, we do not guarantee that a game will run on your computer – it is your responsibility to check system requirements. Our liability is strictly limited to the value and delivery of the digital code itself.
Consumers’ Legal Rights: Some jurisdictions (including India) may provide certain legal rights to consumers that cannot be excluded or limited by a contract. None of the limitations or exclusions in these Terms are intended to override your rights under law. In the event that any exclusion of liability is not permitted by law in a particular scenario, the limitations will apply to the fullest extent permitted and our liability will be limited to the smallest amount allowed by law.
Data Privacy and Use
Privacy Commitment: Your privacy is important to us. JollyPads collects and uses personal information only as necessary to operate our business and provide our services to you. We never sell or rent your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes. This includes using encryption (e.g., HTTPS on our site), secure hosting environments, and limiting access to personal data to only those employees or contractors who need it to operate. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
