SHIPPING POLICY

Digital-Only Delivery

All JollyPads orders are delivered digitally via email – we do not ship any physical products. Upon successful payment, your game key or gift card code will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Prices for digital keys include the applicable 18% GST as required by Indian law.

Delivery Timeframe

We strive to deliver your digital code as quickly as possible. Most orders are fulfilled within 30 minutes of payment confirmation, often sooner. If your order requires additional verification or is placed outside of our normal processing hours, delivery might be slightly delayed – but rarely beyond 1–2 hours. In the unlikely event of a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order and completing payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. This serves as your receipt and proof of purchase. The game key or gift card code is typically included in a separate delivery email (or within the confirmation email itself). Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox within the expected timeframe.

Customer Responsibilities

Please ensure that you enter a correct, active email address during checkout. We deliver the code to the exact email provided; JollyPads is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect email addresses or issues with the recipient’s email server. If you notice a mistake in the email address, contact us immediately so we can assist you before the code is sent.

No Physical Shipping or Charges

As all our products are digital, no shipping fees apply. You will not receive a physical package – your code will arrive electronically in your email inbox.

Support for Delivery Issues

If 30 minutes have passed and you have not received your code, please check all folders (inbox, spam, promotions, etc.) in your email account. If you still cannot locate it, contact our support team at the email address provided on our website. We are available to help and will gladly resend the code or assist with resolving any delivery issues. However, we are not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect email input or email account issues (e.g., full mailbox, filters, etc.).

Fraud Prevention

To ensure the safety of all our customers, we may occasionally perform manual verification on select orders. For example, high-value transactions or first-time purchases with mismatched information may require identity verification. In such cases, we may contact you via email, and the delivery timeframe may extend slightly. These steps are necessary to maintain a secure and trustworthy platform for everyone.
